The block covers an area of 13,277 sq. km and it occupies a major part of the South RewaBasin. Some gas indications were encountered within few intervals of Raniganj and Barakar Formations during drilling of Tihki – 1 in the year 1995. Awarded to PPCL and JAL consortium in NELP VI this block is in advanced stage of G&G activities. |
